Ecoligo is a start-up based in Berlin focused on finance, operation and management of solar PV projects for businesses in developing countries. Its purpose is to provide attractive solar energy, while offering an attractive investment opportunity towards the crowd.
The Position & Responsibilities
Business Developer (m/f)
(Intern or working student)
Ecoligo is currently expanding its team looking for a business developer based in Berlin, who is a native English speaker or fluent. The position can be filled with a full-time intern or a working student.
The position holder will demonstrate an ability to succeed in activities such as:
- Cold-calling business leads in Sub-Sahara Africa (Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania)
- Lead generation & preparation of follow-up tasks
- Perform top-down market research and market analysis
- Report writing and data visualisation
- Represent the company at conferences and trade fairs
- Assess legal situations in target countries for the business
- Assess regulatory situations in target countries for the business
- Assess tax situations in target countries for the business
- Identify & collaborate with local partners
- Communicate with international stakeholders
- Work & report directly to the CEO’s of the business
