YOUR TASKS

As we live the startup spirit ourselves, no one in the team is exclusively limited to their main tasks. Rather, we are a dynamic team of all-rounders who work closely together in all projects. However, your main role will be in supporting our team with the following tasks:

• Ecosystem Outreach: building relationships with media, incubators and accelerators, investors, corporations, and other strategic partners
• Planning and Execution of Events and Activities - e.g. Meetups (monthly, 200 guests) or EXPO Days (2x per year, up to 1,000 guests): Site selection, coordination with outside vendors, food/beverage management, manage meeting rooms, manage inventory, coordination with speakers, on-site management, event budget management etc.
• Marketing & Communications: managing all content on the website, social media, Youtube etc., compose press releases and presentations, prepare trade shows, etc.
• Startup Management: accelerator program onboarding, regular administrative, financial and business review of accelerator startups
• Managing the Coworking Space: ordering supplies, IT support, mail, welcome visitors, etc.
• Administrative work: manage administrative work, book keeping, expense reports, contact database, finances, regulatory compliance of activities etc.
• University Outreach: building and managing relationships with universities, including organizing pre-selection days at universities
• Business Development for Startups: introducing startups to existing and potential corporate partners
• Provide solid consult to portfolio companies and schedule deal review sessions
