Interested in being an Intern/Volunteer/Trainee for a period of 5-9 Months from August 2017?
Tara Homes for Children (run by ONYVA (www.onyva.in; www.taraindia.org) is looking for YOU for the new project of the Tara Training Center.
Specific 9 months goals are as attached. Goals and responsibilities will be changed as per need of the project and time available.
PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
- To arrange the in house training support required for each home
- To manage the external trainers
- To Document Training reports
- To Coordinate between homes to arrange trainings
OPERATIONS
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Implement the training Plan of Tara Training Centre after the approval of PM
- Conduct Trainings
- Preparing modules for Training
- Preparing training calendars of each home
- Assessment of each training for each trainee
- Monitoring and Follow up for each training
- Ensure the maintenance of proper documentation of all trainings
- Arrange external trainers
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation session
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
