We are currently hiring Service and Event Staff – As Working Student or MinijobStart: as of now

Your role:

As Service & Event Staff you will play an integral part to provide quality service to our community andguests that meets highest standards. You will be present on the floor and during events, while working atthe intersection between our Hospitality, Event and Facility Team.You will ensure that all our members and international guests love our space and have a great time in acollaborative environment. You will make sure that our building is fully operational and our events runsmoothly. Your task will be to prepare the event venue for Workshops, Meetings, Meetups andConferences, to help running the operations during events (coordinate the catering/food, provide drinks,registration of guests, wardrobe etc.) and to make sure that everything is on the right place afterwards.

Your profile:We are looking for a fluently German and English speaking candidate with a sense of perfection, a goodeye for detail and a hands-on mentality.

In particular you are standing for:

● High-class service- and customer orientation, with an attention to detail

● Charming and welcoming person, with a hands-on mentality

● Relevant practical experiences in the service industry (gastronomy, hotel, conferences etc.)

● Proactive and solution oriented mindset, with good organizational and team working skills

● Flexibility to work between Monday and Friday
