Your tasks

• Handling of British customer requests via telephone and email
• Quality assurance of our English writers and the platform’s quality level
• Ensuring a friendly social interaction on the platform

Your experience

• You are a native speaker or have native speaking level of British English preferably have lived in the Netherlands for several years
• You feel comfortable talking to local people and handling English texts
• You have a service-oriented attitude, a strong customer focus, an ability to solve conflicts, quality awareness and an adequate organisational talent
