For our office in Saarbrücken, Germany, we are looking for a bilingual secretary (m/f/div) in full-time, to join the team that supports our international faculty. The position starts as soon as possible. It is initially a fixed-term position for two years. We are looking for someone with a dynamic and friendly personality, years of experience in office organization, and competent knowledge of modern computer-aided office communication. We require a high level of fluency in spoken and written German and English. Applicants must have organizational skills, the ability to comprehend new matters quickly, a confident manner, as well as a high degree of task-related flexibility and dynamism. If you, in addition, have an open-mindedness and an aptness for working with people, we look forward to your application. It is also advantageous to have experience in the scientific sector. The MPI for Software Systems is in the development phase and will have a total occupancy of approximately 160 staff members.
