The department »Academic Services" invites interested candidates to apply for the next possible date as a Community Impact Project Coordinator (m/f/d) (Full-time, 38.5 hours/ week, unlimited) Job ID 20-21 The new curricular structure of the Bachelor Programs includes a Community Impact Project (CIP) which is a mandatory module (5 ECTS credits) for all students. Students are encouraged to create their own projects and find partners (e.g. companies, schools, NGOs), but will get help from the CIP faculty coordinator and faculty mentors to do so. Your responsibilities: Assistance with academic management (project implementation, module registration and assessment, project evaluation) General communication to students (development of online information, planning and organization of events) Preparing relevant statistics and reports (project database) Support of external partner network (acquisition of project offerings for the students) and further network activities (e.g. STEM offers, school projects) Undertaking any associated administrative tasks as assigned Your qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) General knowledge of office administration, including MS Office programs Excellent written and spoken English and German Ability to initiate and implement projects independently and as part of a team Well-organized, detail-oriented, and flexible Highly motivated, creative and communicative with a keen interest in working in an international and dynamic environment We offer: Working on a modern campus Flexible working hours Choice of 4 dining halls on campus Easy accessibility by public transport and plenty of parking on the premises Various health and sports offers Your application: Please send your application stating your availability and your salary expectations as a pdf document by using the attached form.
