Become a part of our team in our headquarters in Böblingen (near Stuttgart) because we are looking for you as a Global Commercial (SFE) Training Manager (m/f/x) We are looking for a subject matter expert in commercial capabilities development, training and sales force effectiveness (SFE) to advance our commercial upskilling strategy, oversee its implementation, assess its outcomes at global level, and implement specific SFE projects. You will partner with and support global and regional leads in Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources, and other relevant functions to identify future necessary skills, create relevant training curriculums and development programs. You should think and operate in a digital manner, leveraging digital approaches to remote learning and development where feasible. All efforts should support both commercial goals of improved overall sales force effectiveness, as well as employee engagement.     Tasks & Responsibilities: Work closely with the global and regional commercial leaders to identify capability needs, identify gaps and design relevant training curriculums or other relevant upskilling programs Leverage a digital approach as well as other ones to learning and development to support upskilling goals more efficiently Operationally support and manage all relevant commercial learning and development programs within scope including leading selected training courses in-person where needed Track effectiveness through defined success criteria like employee engagement and completion of upskilling programs Support the implementation of specific sales force effectiveness projects like segmentation, targeting and KAM model Establish a collaborative and effective relationship with country management and local sales organizations and position yourself as go-to partner for training & development topics   Requirements: University degree in life sciences, medicine, business administration or related field Previous experience in training and development of sales organizations (field force, key-account) in a multi-country environment in the life sciences industry, preferable in pharmaceuticals First-hand experience as sales representative preferable Familiarity with latest trends in leveraging digital solutions in learning and development Proven track-record in both creating and implementing strong concepts and programs (e.g. through train-the-trainer) You are a team player with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels and to influence without direct authority You have excellent intercultural, personal and facilitation skills with strong collaboration focus Good presentation and facilitation skills Fluent in English and ideally German; other languages, especially Eastern European, a plus Flexible and able to handle pressure and meet deadlines International travel (up to 40%)     What we offer: A dynamic, international environment with the opportunity to take on responsibility quickly and extensively, to contribute experience and knowledge and to implement ideas Varied challenges, as well as exciting projects with a strong team spirit Compensation in line with the market and your performance, as well as additional benefits which can be used flexibly according to your needs, e.g.,   Subsidy for direct insurance Individual compensation options for days off, pension provisions or payout Bonago vouchers for special occasions Support for your general well-being and/or work-life balance Health-promoting measures such as discounted conditions on over-the-counter (OTC) pharmacy products or health days Flexible trust-based working hours, as well as the possibility of mobile working Central company headquarters with good public transport connections, as well as mobility allowances A wide range of opportunities for personal and professional development Regular employee events   We are looking forward to receiving your application!
