Internship (HR / Communications) - Teacher Management (6 month paid) in Online Language School  (m/f)

To support the growth of our international team, we are looking for an intern (m/f) in our Teacher Manager Team in Berlin as of now.

You will be given an insight into the teacher management of an international, online language school, combining your experience and passion for communication and HR processes.

Your Role

• Learn how to communicate in HR related topics with a team of Freelancers
  Support the daily communication with existing and future teachers

• Be introduced to the management of teachers in an online language school
  Work closely with our teacher team to support some parts in the management of our freelance teachers

• Learn to screen applications of future teachers applying strict criteria
  Support the hiring process by screening all incoming teacher applications

• Take on daily administrative tasks in the team from day one
  Contribute to the productivity of the team by taking over the job posting for all languages

Your Profile

• You have a high level of English (C1 or higher)

• You have studied at least 2 semesters of a Bachelor’s degree related to communications, business, HR or any similar subject

• You love communication in all of its forms, are friendly and reliable

• You are a team player; are a fast learner, and are capable of working independently

• If you have first experiences in the field of communication or HR, you have a plus point

• You are self-motivated - there are some repetitive tasks
