Your mission:
Mobility has a high priority in our society. People want to reach their destination safely, comfortably and quickly. Goods must be transported cost-effectively over short and long distances. The consequences of mobility can be seen in environmental pollution, accidents and traffic jams, which increase with the ever-growing volume of traffic. These are the challenges we face at the Institute of Transportation Systems. We develop solutions for the safe and efficient mobility of the future.
For the controlling tasks within the institute, we are looking for you to expand our five-member team.
Your responsibilities include the following in detail:
- prepare, monitor and review financial plans
- support project managers in commercial, business and administrative matters
- preparation of quotations for national and international projects: administrative preparation, coordination and coordination with the respective responsible persons
- evaluate the cost and earnings situation of individual divisions of the institute
- create financial reports and ad-hoc commercial analyses and derive proposals for action
- cost and budget controls
- recognize and evaluate commercial and business risks and develop proposed solutions
- independently further develop institute and project controlling including their instruments
- plan and optimize administrative processes and procedures
Your qualifications:
- University degree of applied sciences in business administration, administrative business administration or comparable
- communication and negotiation skills
- very good MS Office skills
- good command of spoken and written English
- experience in project controlling and management as well as cost accounting is desirable
- knowledge and ideally experience of controlling systematics at the DLR
- knowledge of SAP R/3 advantageous
