Regional Customer Quality Engineer (m/f) Europe
Your Tasks:
- Take the leadership for all quality aspects for selected accounts.
- Interface with our customers and our business units to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer's requirements for quality and reliability.
- Be the Customer’s Advocate in quality by representing customer's quality and reliability requirements inside the product/business organizations.
- Represent Texas Instrument's quality and reliability to the customer and manage their expectations.
- Manage the overall customer product return process for quality and reliability issues.
Your Qualifications:
- Master's level degree in Electronics / Semiconductors or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Technical background of semiconductor processes
- Analytical, structured and independent work style
- Able to prioritize and work under pressure
