JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Definition of test requirements for self-tests (built-in tests) for aerospace equipment and external test equipment Preparation of failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA) and failure catalogue on line replaceable unit (LRU), module and functional level Preparation of testability design analyses Preparation of maintainability analyses and calculations Definition of maintainability concepts and human engineering for shop replaceable units (SRUs) and LRUs QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's or master's degree in either electrical engineering, computer engineering, systems engineering, communications engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent NATO-citizen, due to work on classified projects Permanent residency in Germany at least over the last five years to be provable An existing security clearance would be of advantage Enhanced knowledge about aerospace equipments / line replaceable units Collaboration with multiple engineering domains, e. g. hardware, software and test equipment team Basic understanding of circuit diagram analysis for FMECA generation Experience in problem solving within given boundary conditions Experienced in requirement capturing Application of DO254 / DO178B/C / ARP4754 standards Interpersonal quality (teamplayer) Mandatory: English B2+ / C at minimum acc. to cambridge certificate or adequate Optional: German B2 or better acc. to CEFR DOORS and/or JAMA ALM MS Office SVN Experienced in schematics design Experienced in safety analysis on LRU and/or platform systems level Familiar with typical avionic signal standards MIL-Bus 1553, ARINC 429, RS232, Ethernet Familiar with typical computer signal standards Ethernet, PCIe, SATA, IIC BE PART OF OUR TEAM Join our multicultural team and work with people from different countries Flexible working times, opportunity to work in home office, 30 days of vacation Industry-specific pay Company sponsored pension plan Corporate health management Internal and external training opportunities to promote the continuous learning and development of our employees Global career opportunities at over 300 sites worldwide Apply now!
