Trainee Supply Chain Management / International Graduate Program* in our Business Unit Electronic Packaging. For our team in Landshut we are looking for a Graduate (Trainee) for a duration of 18 months, who wants to develop and move SCHOTT innovations forward. Your tasks End-to End process optimization of existing supply chain processes Support planning of new logistic structures and digitalization Familiarization and support of SCM departments and processes Detect process bottlenecks and define measures to increase efficiency Close collaboration with all interfaces along the supply chain Your profile University Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with focus on supply chain management Experiences in the area of logistics, production planning or supply chain management High affinity for IT and digital processes (SAP, MES, Business Intelligence) First experience in project management Fluent German and good English skills - both spoken and written Process- and result oriented thinking personality Excellent presentation, communication, networking and analytical skills Your benefits 18 months International Graduate Program that will expose you to various areas across the SCHOTT world At least one international assignment (3-6 month) to support your intercultural competencies Participation in SCHOTT´s International Graduate Meeting in Mainz, Germany to extend your network within SCHOTT Support by an experienced mentor for the whole duration of the program Career development interview prior to the end of the program Unlimited contract after successfully completing the Graduate Program You can expect interesting tasks and challenging projects, as well as motivated and friendly teams in fields that influence our future.
