The International Marketing department at our regional headquarters in Berlin is the central service partner for the local Marketing units in our affiliates in Central & Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Our product managers and the digital marketing team are responsible for leading the successful marketing of our product portfolio in the region.
Are you interested in gaining insights into the marketing department of an international pharmaceutical company? Then join our team as a working student (m/f/d) and actively support us in our day-to-day projects.
The contract will initially be limited to one year. We are looking for two working students in our International Marketing department, one to start immediately and one to start on 01/09/2024.
These tasks inspire you
- Administrative support of the team
- Uploading of marketing content into our content management and approval workflow systems
- Support in the planning, organization and follow-up of congresses, workshops and training sessions with opinion leaders and employees
- Support with the preparation of internal presentations & reporting: market analysis, creation of slides, etc.
- Collaboration in the conception of marketing materials
- Support in the preparation of contracts and contract management
What sets you apart
- Availability for a minimum of one year and a weekly working time of 20 hours during the lecture period and up to 38.5 hours during the lecture-free period
- You are a registered student (m/f/d), ideally in business studies, economics or natural science
- Organized, reliable and diligent, with strong attention to detail and a can-do mind-set
- You are a team player with good communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to develop skills and experience with new software and platforms
