Intern (m/f/d) for our team Global Commercial & Business Operations

Job Overview:

You will be part of our Global Sales Excellence Team and support and assist as a Project Coordinator our Global Sales Excellence Manager in coordinating the launch of our global e-learning platform. This role involves managing content development, cross collaborating with other functions, monitoring project plans, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Manage Content Development for the e-learning application from a global perspective
Develop and improve guidelines for content development globally
Organize and arrange global communication plan through Win with Customers App
Manage and coordinate all major technical issues with the app developer
Support in managing key transversal and innovative projects and initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications:

Mandatory internship of 6 month in your Master studies of a Business degree, Marketing, Communication, Economics
Team-player with excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken) in English
Be proactive and highly motivated
Well-versed use of standardized software (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken) in English
Working knowledge of German and French is a plus
