<body> <h1>Design Verification Engineer (m/f/d)</h1> <h2>TEXAS INSTRUMENTS Deutschland GmbH, Freising</h2> <p> Design Verification Engineer (m/f/d) (1900043H) Job Description: As Verification Engineer (m/f/d) in the Embedded Processing division you will be a central element in developing Connected wireless and wired Microcontroller Units (CMCU) targeting automotive, industrial and consumer markets. As part of the CMCU Development Department in Freising you will work in a multi-cultural and multi-discipline team. Together with your peers across the world you will work on leading technologies and next generation microcontroller platforms. Within the Digital Verification and Validation Team you will work on verification of IP (modules) and SoC (devices) projects to ensure bug-free first pass silicon. As integral part of the design flow you will construct leading edge verification environments using the latest methodologies and tools. You will be responsible, but not limited on planning and execution of tasks during pre-silicon verification based on the IP/SoC design needs. This can include random and formal verification as well as high-level abstraction verification languages, like portable stimulus and documentation standards. Together with Platform Architects, Analog and Digital Design Engineers you will drive for solutions and a bug-free design in an agile and international environment. Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor or Master's degree in microelectronics, electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent Hands-on-experience in verification of digital modules or SoC designs Experiences with metric driven and constraint random verification (UVM, SV, eVM, Specman) Experiences with industry standard EDA tools, like Cadence Incisive or similar Fluent English language skills  Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Experience in using configuration management tools, like DesignSync or Clearcase Experiences with scripting languages, like Perl, Python or TCL Knowledge about microcontroller architectures and programming skills in ASM, C or C++ Knowledge about formal or mixed-signal verification techniques Knowledge about DFMEA for product reliability  Knowledge about fault simulation for product functional safety   Basic German language skills would be a plus     THE COMPANY As a global semiconductor company operating in 35 countries, Texas Instruments (TI) is first and foremost a reflection of its people.
