# How will you contribute to our mission?

You will live in one of the most exciting phases of a start-up and gain valuable insights and experience in organisational development, the strategic direction and entrepreneurship. As a partner of our CEO you will be involved in many different projects across the company and play an influential role in helping our organization thrive.

Your main responsibilities would be to:

  • Create effective and impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Challenge continuous optimization of our processes and company structures.
  • Actively support our CEO in the operative day-to-day management.
  • Support and deep dive with different teams on projects to identify best practices, monitor performance and align growth potentials.
  • Analyze internal and external data to generate actionable insights for the company.

To be successful at this position, we think you should have:

  • A distinguished degree (or in progress) from a top notch university.
  • Gathered initial experience in dynamic work environments, such as start-ups
  • Strong consultative and interpersonal skills for effective communication across the company and its partner base.
  • Solid structuring and analytical abilities as well as good presentation skills.
  • Passion and high interest for the digital early and growth stage sector with a natural curiosity to learn about new technologies
  • The ability to take on projects independently, with a hands-on mentality and open-minded collaborative spirit.
  • Strongly fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
