HR Information Systems Intern

Position Summary: The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Intern will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and duties to support North America HR systems and the Corporate Human Resources teams.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist in troubleshooting end-user issues and supporting HR site administrators with regional HR systems including Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP Human Capital Management (HCM), SuccessFactors, and others.
Support with preparing HR systems-related training materials and coordinating both on-site and remote trainings for HR, plant personnel, and management.
Assist in creating, analyzing, and distributing HRIS-related data and reports using Microsoft Excel and various HR systems reporting tools.
Support the billing and invoicing process for HR systems-related expenses and assist with vendor cost tracking and department chargeback processes.
Maintain and update a variety of department files, worksheets, and reports using Microsoft Office software tools.
Participate in continuous improvement programs and provide support to corporate HR team projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
Working knowledge of HR processes, procedures, roles, and employment law fundamentals
Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Proven analytical abilities with a high-level of attention to detail
Superior interpersonal skills and ability to interface with cross-functional teams
Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills and experience:
Experience with learning management systems (LMS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and/or other general HR databases
Experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)
Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand
Experience with SuccessFactors
Experience with ADP Enterprise
German and/or Spanish language skills
