ABOUT THE COMPANY

Tamboli Castings Limited (TCL) was formed in 2004 as an Export Oriented Unit. It is a fully owned subsidiary of Tamboli Capital Limited which is listed in Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The Factory situated in Bhavnagar (Gujarat), India has a high degree of automation for highly laborious process.

We are tier-1 or tier-2 supplier to Automotive Industries like Ferrari, Fiat, Ford, General Motors, Jaguar, John Deere etc.

Tamboli Castings Limited (TCL) is modern Investment Castings Company. We have Robotic Systems installed for Ceramic Coating. We have in-house facility for making complex Ceramic Cores. We have modern Machine Shop with CNC Machine (including Mazak, DMG, BFW etc.)

EXPECTED JOBS

1.  Design and construction of industrial machine.
2.  Study the machine timings and reduce the cycle time.
3.  Implementation of lean manufacturing in De-burring area
4.  Preparation of the documents referred 8D and Six Sigma methods.
5.  Metallurgy
6.  Architecture and Landscaping projects

OUR EXPECTATIONS

1.  Good knowledge of English
2.  Sound knowledge of MS Office, Auto-cad, Solid works Skills - an asset
3.  Independent work
4.  Organizational skills and assertiveness and Slurry Communication Skills.
5.  Willingness to responsible and goal-oriented work.
6.  Analytical expertise, skills, lateral thinking, initiative, independence and a  high level of
7.  motivation.
8.  For Landscaping projects, we would like to have interns to give new ideas and practical inputs.

For degree programs:   Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and

Internship duration:            6 to 12 months

Internship Remuneration: Rs. 12500/- per month including accommodation.
